the longitude was cut off.
Average Speed. 11.5 knots or 14miles per hour
Daily Distance (how for was traveled) nm is nautical miles
South Easterly strong wind
Heavy seas (big waves)
Counter current (the water was flowing in the opposite direction or the waves. The waves usually are in the same direction as the wind.

Just a guess:

dated: 04: 12: 2007 (at 1200) lt? The 't' would indicate time?
Position: 1347 north/0??
Average speed: 11. 5 knots/ daily distance from some point (maybe shore) 272.5 nautical miles.
(South Easterly strong wind, heavy seas, counter current)

this appears to be the log of some ship at sea i will transcribe as much as i can.
noon report at sea.April12, 2007?????? average speed 11.5 knots per hour. daily distance covered 272.5 nautical miles(nautical mile is 1 1/8 miles) encountering strong winds with heavy seas(large waves)and currents contrary to course. best i can do

well the ship is traveling at 11.5 knots her distance per day is 272.5 nautical miles...and sounds like nightmare weather...but i dont know what comes after the date at the beginning
