You can go to a shop that specializes in women's underthings and get fitted for a bra.
It may sound embarrassing but these "fitters" do this all the time. The "fitters" are always women of course.
They take your measurements and help you find a bra that fits properly. You can take your Mom with you.
There are many styles to choose from and they come in all sizes.
As for what type of bra you should be wearing at 13?
Hopefully, at 13 no one but you should be seeing it so it should not matter what it looks like right?
The important thing is that you like it and it fits properly.

Just a comfortable one. Most good department stores like Macy's, Bloomingdales, J.C. Penney's, etc. will help you if you don't already know your size. If you're highly developed, then those places will recommend specific brands and styles.

Depends on your size. Why dont you measure yourself so you can see what you need. Have your mom help you. The cotton ones are always good and breath better, absorbs sweat and more comfortable for your skin.
