There is this saying, it's something like "Lack of evidence, is not evidence of nothing there." Something in the same genre. It's not those exact words, but its what it means.. WHAT IS THAT SAYING???? Easy 10 point.. hey?

I got the answer I was looking for from an old about me I had on my myspace! "Absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence."

if you don't have the evidence then you don't know if it is exactly there. because not everybody in the u.s. have seen aliens not everybody will believe in them..

It means that only for the reason which you do no longer yet have evidence some thing exists, you may no longer rule it out as impossible. it relatively is a great argument for SETI, for the reason that a good style of folk think of that only because of the fact we're not bombarded with indicators from area, they are no longer there and in no way would be.
