Sorry but no. They are too different. Think of it as getting a kidney transplant from a monkey. Your body would reject it.
Pretty much any citrus can be grafted to another citrus.
Avocado trees are grafted because they do not breed true to type. In other words, you can never be sure what the fruit will be like when you plant an Avocado seed. Not sure why you would want to, Avocado root stock is easy, just plant a seed.

They have to be in the same family (Citrus) I wanted and apple tree and only had room for one, so in order to get fruit another one was needed. I grafted two different apples on the tree and now I have 3 trees in one with different fruit
