That would be tonight's dinner. I made KC Strips with a dry rub and sea salt, in the broiler (just too frickin' cold to fire up the grill!) Add on some blue cheese and sauteed portabello mushrooms. Pair it off with a baked potato and braised carrots and broccoli.
Not a bad meal if I do say so myself.
Oh, and I made it for my wife and I.
The other day I made a huge batch of bacon wrapped, sausage & cream cheese stuffed pepper poppers.
That's right, I'm a guy and I love to cook. Suits my wife just fine too, as long as I also do the dishes.

The most memorable meal that I have ever had was a dinner in Chicago at the Furniture Club at the Merchandise Mart. This was in recognition of achievement on a scholarship test given by the Chicago section of the American Chemical Society. The food was the best that I have ever eaten.

The last memorable one was at Ecopolitan in Minneapolis. The food is all vegan and raw but they make dishes like ravioli, pizza, and lasagna taste like the real things. They have cookies and brownies that taste like the baked versions, too! It's really expensive and you have to wait a long time for your food but it's worth it!

I was in Taiwan and I was at a "night fair" or in Taiwanese terms... just another night. There were many food stand. All the foods being sold were hot and the weather was hot and humid. I bought myself some spicy stinky tofu that costs about 50 cents American. I was sweating bullets but I haven't eaten anything that tasty in years.

When I last ate with my crush! I felt so comfortable with him and he's so gentlemen!!
It was really wonderful, even he don't know that I like him, he's still showing even the driest sense of humor.. I had such fun on that day..

my parrillada.... consisting of cowboy steaks, ribeyes, fajitas, salmon, tilapia, shrimp, and some onions wrapped in foil & thrown in the fire.
food was all grilled, well-done, and slowly cooked
and it was shared with my compadre, comadre, god-daughter, compadre's parents and compadre's sister and my parents of course.
it was wonderful because there were a bunch of us laughing all night long
