Yes, I do. Ever since upper and lower case letters have been available on computers, all caps has been regarded as the text equivalent of shouting. I'm old enough to remember when that's all you had. Back in the 80-column punch card days. Ancient history.

it does give you a feeling of shouting because of the emphasis, but you have to stop and wonder...do some of these people even know how to turn it off? LOL..I mean why would you possibly want to answer a question in all caps? well, unless maybe you are almost blind and it helps you to see what your saying....that would be logical i guess.

When someone talks in all caps, I feel like they are talking like a robot and shouting at me from across the room.

Maybe. As that is what it means in Computer language.
But many are unaware of it.
Also, I did message when once my left hand was hurt; I used to type with one finger and use 1 hand.
But knowing the norms, I do avoid it.

i image you could feel that way if you want to. i would then take a look at your own state of mind, whats the problem? rather take it in stride as some hairball is oblivious, or just wanting to be HEARD. eh? or they want to make sure we can see what they had to say. no matter the outcome really isnt that critical. enjoy yourself. life IS to short for for those extra troubles and woes.

some times they might not know the caps are on but an answer is an answer never bothers me.unless its rude then i delete it.

Not at all , i laugh because i assume that they have pressed capital lock and like me did not realise or know how to stop the capitals.
