Well basically you BLOCK ALL local ip's in the acl's. Then you simply allow the ones you want to get through. That allows only those in the "authorized" lists.

You can do this in ur router also. Just enable filtering using MAC and add the mac addresses of the pcs. Thats all.

You could set up an access control list on your router if it supports them?
