The only reason I'm asking is because in my first vlog video in YouTube I want to play Kanye West's first song in the intro, but obviously, I'm not black. That's not weird is it? I don't want to offend black YouTubers.

it shouldn't matter your color, i listen to and sing a lot of black peoples music, but where i come from there aren't many blacks around to say much, but do as you please and what makes you happy!!! its about you not them!!! this world would be boring if everyone were the same you have to be different to break up the monotony

You’re uncommonly considerate of others or the impression your YT channel will make and that is not a bad thing at all since so many have stumbled on there recklessly and now find themselves embroiled in all manner of negative “drama” and or legal proceedings.
To answer your question directly the answer is two-fold (don’t you just love those kinds?) first off, there is the issue of copyright infringement by using commercially published content without permission from its owners.
This is a big no no since it can lead to you getting sued or billed for a product’s use for which you probably are not interested in dishing out a bunch of money.
All you want to do is post some videos with some music, and I know there are so many that do it all the time on YT and get away with it mainly because the YT staff are unable to go around policing millions and millions of uploads to their site 24/7.
So while it is legally wrong to do so, more likely than not you could probably get away with it but if anyone decides to flag your vid for copyright infringement your channel will surely be taken down, PLUS you risk being banned from the site—not to mention the negative exposure over the “glorious internets.”
An alternative would be for you to either produce your own music or use royalty free music available for non commercial usages.

With regard to people getting offended all I can say is that unless you are deliberately mocking or attacking particular groups of folks you shouldn’t worry about it because regardless of what and how you post some will always find something to get offended and the only thing you can do to avoid that is well, not post at all.
