Possibly the craziest is the one that says that the USA did not land people on the Moon in 1969 or later and that the Apollo program was a conspiracy.

Another big one is creationism / creation "science" / intelligent design. Actually this is not so much a theory but a conspiracy itself. But it claims that basically all of science since about 1850, maybe even 1750 is a conspiracy.

Both of these persist in spite of the facts.

in case you have no longer already seek for and acquire the loose movie 911 Mysteries - Demolition Part1. This movie has super interviews with the towers architects, demolition specialists, hearth chiefs, newshounds etc and solutions questions like, why have been the towers the only steel homes ever to interrupt down because of fireside, why have been the towers the only homes to 'pancake' at loose fall velocity while another development to interrupt down in that way has collapsed slowly because of resistance, why are there demolition explosions seen below the fall down, etc. etc. the internet is full of dodgy sites yet bear in strategies politicians lie for a residing and the media is constrained on what it could record.

I'd say any theory that involves Nazi UFOs hiding under Antarctica is pretty wild.

But the most interesting theory I've heard about the JFK assassination was that after LHO shot, and missed, a Secret Service agent in the car behind JFK was startled and accidentally shot the President.

Religion. And no I don't believe in it. But I respect that many people have been manipulated and very limited into thinking it's real. And don't even bother to question it. Unlike science, where when we don't know why, we don't try to pretend to. Just keep trying to understand.
