Can a guy be a child molester if the person he's affiliating with is his girlfriend and she willing to do it with him.

If the girl is under the "age of consent" in that state, the boyfriend is risking being charged with statutory rape...by her or her parents. Not a good idea, even if she is willing. The relationship could be temporary, but a conviction and a record could affect the rest of the guy's life. But, that's just my opinion!

The definition of "Child molestation" and "Statutory rape" vary from State to State.

In general, if the girl is below the age of consent in your State, then the law says she's not old enough to legally be "willing".

no in this case he cannot be called a child molester , if the subject is underage (a child) and the intents, sexual, then this may be called child molesting.

I think that would qualify, and she needs mental help too.
