In a pharmacy. Cod liver oil is available in any pharmacy, and is an excellent source of Vitamin D.

For quality Fish Oil, you should either go to a pharmacy or a health food store. Department stores have lower quality products because they need a longer shelf life.

Either type of store will have them. So will health stores. The prices can vary and you should avoid stores that are known for importing from countries like China. China has no safety or quality controls on the ingredients, so you don't know what you're getting--except a lower price!

If you have stores like Trader Joe's or Molly Stone, or similar reasonablly priced but good quality markets near you, go there. Avoid the huge chain stores because quality is less important than profit and they do import from dubious sources. We've had some nasty scares recently and we've only seen the surface of the problems.

Certainly in a pharmacy, health food or grocery store. Not in a department store like JC Penny's, but probably in a Traget or Kmart.

both but i would go to the pharmacy so you can get some advice on the right one to purchase as the store bought ones may be a lesser quantity or quality. They are really great for your memory by the way.

Go to a pharmacy or a health food store. But, do some homework and ask a pharmacist how much you should take and let them know if you have any food allergies or allergies to medicine....and if you are taking any medicine on a regular basis to be safe.
