Myself, I would love to try them. I like try new things anytime I get a chance.
My X would put everything on the table between us everytime I ordered Oysters on the half shell (raw oysters) so that she would not see them. She does eat them only if fried almost dry.

My mom was born and raised in the hills of Kentucky. I doubt there would be much of a difference - and some of it was pretty good stuff.

No way! I hope to go my entire life without eating possum or raccoon! LOL. I am a picky eater and I don't care who knows it. Good question though, very creative!
