It's possible, a missed period could be a sign. Take a home pregnancy test and find out.

It means you need to take a test if your period is late. It doesn't mean you ARE pregnant but it is possible.

That what most of the other "Could I be prego" questions ask, so I think there is a good chance. Oh they always say their boobs are sore too.
