Umm Quiet Hard Question to me al though I am in same field. I would Computer and TV.

What a question, up to my knowledge and belief its a need a fast, quality and effecient hardwares. Performance wise of the units if its really working good, try a run down test of the units, maximise its use.
Starting with the server down to its sub category computer lines. A nice clean server compartment to safekeep security data files. Most mportantly your backup systems on mother server. It must be high capacity drive and check all clean nice alignments of cables and connections.
It must pass under supervision, check and verified by a good Computer groups technician and programmers.

depends entirely on what the company does with it's computers ... how many staff are accessing servers at any given time .. what applications are running on servers and workstations ... there are many contributing factors that need to be known to construct an efficient work environment for now and into the forseeable future
