Classiness... since when has the NFL players put dresses on and started eating with there hats off, and elbows off the table... you want classiness go watch cheerleading or ballet...

No such thing as class when your playing a Professional Sport... If you think someone's unclassy what's the right way to handle the situation? STOP IT from happening... If you can't? Suck it up like a man... and get em back next time.

Am I right or wrong?

I couldn't agree more. I'm tired of fans and players whining about running up the score and what not. I am NOT A PATRIOTS FAN however, if you don't like them running up the score on you DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Sportsmanship and classiness is for pop warner and little league this is the NFL these are professionals. Aw whats the matter not getting your way? Deal with it. Last time I checked football is a mans sport and the best way to play it is by playing hard and hitting even harder. What ever happened to dealing with these matters on the field? Stop the chirping on ESPN ,refs this, they ran up the score that. It's a joke and I almost hope the Pats go undefeated and win the Super Bowl so all the whiners have something more to whine about. It's not like the Pats are the first team to act like this either. We live in a "media" world these things happened ALL THE TIME in the 50's and 60's. Football was WAR, it wasn't a classy game played by classy guys. There was no down by contact then, you weren't down until you were DOWN. Players these days are WAY to soft. Believe me I'm an Eagles fan and I can't STAND the Pats, but dammit if I don't respect them. They all play hard and go out to WIN not be classy. And you better believe that NO ONE ever won ANYTHING by being classy.

Completely wrong. The word "professional" means you have reached a special level of quality. You didn't reach that goal by acting like a total idiot. Also, when you are a professional, the standard for "behavior" is also raised. A professional should act like one. AKA "show some class". A professional is a professional whether it be a football player or a teacher.

You are using the word class in place of the word sportsmanship. They have two different meanings. Class would be telling reporters the team you play for sucks, or it's fans are idiots. Sportsmanship is things like running up the score or taunting. As a fan I would prefer my team to win with both class, and good sportsmanship, and I enjoy it all the more when they beat a team that lacks one or both.
