My fiancee and I have been separated for the last couple weeks and he comes home right before Christmas, so for most of his gift, I decided for it to be...well....fun.
Keep in mind, he is a very romantic guy....
I rented a suite at a fancy hotel that has a hot tub in the room. Got some lingerie and some "couple's games" and plan on surprising him the weekend before christmas since christmas will be spent with family. I will go to the hotel and check in before i bring him there and stock the room with wine and some candles, but while I do want it to be "romantic", I also want it to be fun...which is where the games come into play. They both involve fun questions as well as positions and what not. I want it to just be us having fun with eachother and experincing new things, as well as some old favorites-all over again in a new light.
Would you like it if your significant other did something like that for you?

He has been out of town visiting another air base in Texas for the last couple weeks checking out his new jet. He gets home next week, but right after new years he is getting deployed for two months. So I kinda want to make our time together as memorable as I can.

The game idea came from a conversation we had about "spicing things up" when he returns and trying new things. Thought that would be a good way to give us ideas. They weren't expensive by any means and I figure if nothing else, they can provide a good laugh. I would not be offended/hurt if they weren't used.

I actually did the same thing for my husband, except it was a lil different. We bought the Tantric Sex Game at our house with candles, massage oil, and a shower before we started the activities and let me tell you..... HE FREAKIN LOVED IT!!! It's a great bonding experience. Just keep in mind with the sex game thing, if you do all the foreplay stuff: 1) if you play the whole game, you might not be able to have sex bc he's had an erection so long, he'll have a hard time keeping it up or getting it up again (he might even get blue balls) or 2) if you do play the game and have sex, play until he can't hold it in anymore. My guy is a complete romantic and we had so much fun doing this!! We both loved it and if you're seriously going to go thru that much effort, he'll def appreciate, what guy wouldn't? Even if all doesn't go as planned (keep that in mind), he'll appreciate the effort and will more then make it up to you! Hope this helps!

Your intro to this question was as follows:
My fiancee and I have been separated for the last couple weeks do you mean....he is traveling or do you mean not together.
If you mean he is deployed and coming home....sure go for it have fun (waiting till marriage is also good)
however if you have already been together and feel mature enough to continue with this, then why not have some fun.
I did something similar with my hubby and he loved it!
If you are taking a break from your relationship, then Stop re-think everything and look to your heart.
best wishes

That sounds like its ganna be a night that he will replay through his head while he's deployed! I just might have to steal that idea for when mine comes home!
Have fun and enjoy the time you have togeather! 2 months isnt that long but the fact is deployments are never fun. Enjoy!

Mrs. WC here.
OMG, I would LOVE it if my couch potato would dream up something THAT romantic. I gave him 18 months to come up with something special for our 20th anniversary. He made me a CD, which was romantic, but not quite what I had in mind. He had not planned to take me out to dinner, a movie or anything. His excuse?? He thought I had to work. RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT.. As if I'd work on that special of a nite.
Think I'll play a little romantic night like you have and see if he gets the message. (doubtful tho, he hasn't gotten it in 23 years! lol)
Have FUN!

I personally would be delighted, although I have not done anything like that for quite some time; but I find hotel-rooms erotically stimulating. last time I asked my wife to come back after she dropped me off at FRA airport in my way to sydney, but quantas was ovrbocked- it was a great night, really,
just go for it! and have fun- and don't forge the suspenders and black stockings:-))

Yea, of course. Don't be shocked if he just wants to skip the games. It's the thought that counts.
