What's wrong with that

It's what it would eat if it was in the wild.

As long as it's beef bones, not something like chicken which will splinter, theres no problem

I would say good for her and I hope she keeps it up.

It's wonderful to see that some people out there are willing to put the time and effort into feeding such a high quality diet such as Raw.

No feeding raw does not cause a dog to be aggressive. Do you eat meat? Have you decided to munch on one of your animals because of it?

Feeding raw meat and bones (called B.A.R.F) is not dangerous. A dogs stomach as evolved to be able to handle raw and even rotting (as in the wild) meat. Because of the long amount of time the food stays in the stomach allowing the stomach acids to eat away at any potentially harmful bacteria. Then the food moves quickly through the intestine giving very little time for any bacteria to create a colony. (This is a very short and brief description) But just know that this has allowed dogs to not only eat but thrive on raw meat.

Bones are not hazardous to a dog if they are not cooked. Cooking is what causes bones to become brittle and splinter inside the animal.

Feeding a raw diet instead of the many dry foods out their is the best choice an owner can make. They are feeding the dog what it has evolved to eat and I'm always so impressed when I hear about someone doing that.

You're friend is on the right track, don't try and change her mind and better yet, do some research of your own.

Sounds like your friend knows what she is doing. The diet you describe is called a BARF diet (Bones And Raw Food). it can be one of the best ways to assure a healthy and balanced diet for your canine friend. I prefer a high quality kibble like what you can find at:

It is more convenient and just as healthy.

Hmm O_o That's not..right.
You should really ask her to feed it Dog food at lest part of the time..It's called "Dog food" for a reason hehe i don't think theres to much to worry about though honestly..my parents sometimes gave our dog raw meat.
Like the other person said though, Chicken bones can get hung in their throat and stuff =(

My friend has a pit bull and it's the sweetest dog ever.
My aunt has a pomeranian and it's a vicious little fuzz ball xO

Raw meat is perfectly okay if it's clean.

As for the eating people... It depends on how he's being treated.
