The carbon material used to make pencils is non-toxic and not made of lead in any way. First aid for any wound is a thorough rinsing or spraying with clean water to remove any particulates followed by direct pressure until the bleeding stops, bandaging and changing the bandage often, keeping the wound clean and dry. If it gets infected you ought to see your doctor. Or if it's large you may need stitches.

Wash your hands carefully in plenty of hot, soapy water. It's graphite rather than lead, so don't get hyper about "lead poisoning." If you haven't had a recent tetanus shot, you may want to consider it.

Rinse it thoroughly with warm water, then hydrogen peroxide. Lastly, put some antibiotic ointment and a bandage on it.
