Stars come in a variety of colours - White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Brown and Black.
The colour is normally an indication of where that star sits in its evolution.
Some are obviously distinctly coloured - blues and oranges and some invisible - blacks and browns.
Stars are not multicoloured, the twinkling and the quality of the colour is caused by atmospheric disturbance.
