why is vj still on that show. he is such a snake and cheats to win. andre deserves to win but then again he's not american so they might hold that against him

First of all, grammar correction!!! You say "America's SMARTEST Model" not "America's MOST Smartest Model"!!! And second of all, I never heard of these "models"! But if I had to guess, I would say VJ?! :P
