I fell in the toilets in work and hit my back on a side board and now I can barely move. My contract states thatI am entitled to upto 2 weeks sick pay at full rate. My only problem is that when I tell work that I want use it thy have told me that I am not entitled to it as I have a warning. is this legal that they can refuse me it if I have a warning, and the warning doesnt have anythng to do with my attendance or time keeping.

See a workers compensation attorney if you were really injured on the job. Maybe tell your employer of your intent.

Where are you?

In most Western countries such as the US, UK, Canada, etc, you'll be entitled to workers compensation, not sick pay.
