Beaumaris, One of the Ring of Welsh castles, not sure if it's my favourite, as Harleck Castle is also pretty stunning, but Beaumaris is up there, and is the honest answer to your question, you said castle, I thought Beaumaris!

Kinnitty Castle in Ireland. I'd like to visit there. I've been to castle's in Germany. It was really cold in the ones that didn't have a fireplace going.
