I guess that would depend on the maturity level and the friendship. If the person was a friend, wouldn't make a bit of difference because people who undergo the procedure are tormented by living the lifestyle that makes them so unhappy.

Yes..i would still remain good friends with her now..A sex change would not change my opinion of what actually made us both friends. I was not drawn to her genitals or lack of it....it was the person that matters. And yes..i wold be supportive of whatever she pusues next..cause i am her friend.
