San Diego State is one of the least selective of the CSU schools (and you should realize that the best of the CSU schools are not very selective). It is also one of the worst, academically. Only 17% of its students graduate in four years. and the average SAT scores are only about 1000/1600.

I would be shocked if you didn't get in. I suspect that you can do better.

Well, San Diego State is a hard school to get into...it is and incredibly impacted school to get in to, but they if you followed a transfer pattern and completed all requirements then you should have a pretty good chance. I would look at the average GPA for transferring students just to see where they are and if your GPA is comproable. Good Luck.

Please keep in mind that a university's min GPA to get in is often much lower than reality.

It will be based on the GPA of others entering with you.
If there is alot of competion,
I know their biz school is very sought after,
They will pick the top few hundred or so.
Student #300 might have the lowest GPA in that group and it might be 3.3
It will also be based on extra-curricular activities.

Talk to someone in the department,
they might even be on the admissions committee
and get their feedback.

Good Luck
