if by "unwholesome" you mean "messy", yes, it's messy. use extra protection for your sheets, bedspread, car seats, whatever.... :)
unhealthy?
i don't think you'll find ANY evidence that intercourse during your period is likely to have any side effects, more or less, than at other times.... and yes, the likelihood of the "pregnancy" side-effect is a bit lower, but don't assume it's zero, please!

No, its not unhealthy or unwholesome to have sex on your period, for some people it actually helps a period progress smoother, lots of people have less cramps and after a little heavier flow sometimes it makes your period end sooner because of the contractions forcing out some of the vaginal material.

No, it isn't unwholesome or unhealthy. It is a little messy though. Plus, when you do it on your period it is really messy and you only ending up crampy and more moody after. At least that is how it was with me.

Heck no it is the same for your body. If it is good for you when you are pregnant it is good for you when you are not.
Plus I heard your body reacts more to it and that it feels better b/c your body is more sensual.
It feels better to me. Every touch I can feel through my whole body.
Why would you think that it is unwholesome? If you are married or whatever your beliefs are then it is your business. People do all sorts of stuff I am sure that they would not admit with a loved one to make keep it interesting. All these people talking down on it has or will once married do something they think is gross b/c their partner wanted to just "try it". Do what you think. If he likes it and so do you and it feels right try it.

No its fine, just put down a towel or too... Well unless you want to destroy your sheets.
As to the unwholesome part. The bible says if you do it you have to bath by even. So knock out 2 birds with one stone. Have sex in the shower at sunset. No need for the towels.

It is not unwholesome and it is not unhealthy. Where did you get the idea that it is unwholesome?????? Sex on your period is fine if you don't mind the "mess" so to speak.

I tried it. The guy didn't mind and it felt good to me. I think that it is just as good for your body as normal. As for unwholesome. No I don't believe it is and I am Christian. You should make your own decision though. Don't listen to these people or the world.

it's neither unwholesome or unhealthy. An orgasm can actually help to relieve your cramps. I think it depends on how comfortable both of you are with it. I wouldn't attempt it on my heaviest of days though, but if you do at least for the sake of your bed sheets do it in the shower.

It is not unwholesome or unhealthy, unless you have HIV or AIDS. It is quite messy I would imagine though.

Seems like there might be an elevated risk of infection, how much, I can't say. It certainly isn't healthy for the baby that may be concieved, then flushed out before he has a chance to develop. (there are egg(s) being expelled, and as far as I know it would be impossible for it to attach to the wall and survive while the wall is being replaced)
