Q1: How much has listening to R&HH taught you anything about African American culture? Not much, I knew quite a bit before hand Q2: When a rapper calls out the "White people" do you feel any emotion towards what he's saying and do your feelings about his/her music change? If it's serious, it annoys me especially if that artist bleats on about racism towards them- It works both ways. If the songs good or it's in a jokey way, I'll still listen. Q3: Has listening to R&HH made you want to diversify your life, instead of dating your own race you want to date other races? Are you more open to other cultures? I was always open to that stuff. Q4: This is for everybody: What is your opinion on stereotypical rap do you feel like it has hurt African American culture? I haven't listened to enough to be able to answer. Q5: Honestly black people, when you see a white guy listening to rap do you laugh? Why do you do this is? Would people laugh at you if you were listening to "white" music? I'm not black, can I still answer lol? Q6: White people Has your family ever disaproved of you listening to rap music? Was this more a race issue than a music issue, and how did you deal with it. My family don't care what I listen to. Q7: Is it okay to label music as black or white? When I say white what comes to mind first? Black (other than rap)? No, it may have originated from a black or white populated area, but music is music, everyone should be able to enjoy it. I'd say white and pop, black and jazz
