Im an international student in Seattle.
transferable GPA 2.9 to 3.2 ( don't know yet)
major: electrical and computer engineering.
transferable credits: 95 ( quarter)
What are my chances?
Which one for sure to get in to?

I would focus on Riverside first, but there are NO guarantees

It is kind of hard to imagine such a broad possible range for your GPA, so I'll look in the middle, which would be a 3.05. My guess would be that the only UC for which you possibly be eligible would be Riverside. As for the CSUs, maybe SJSU or CSULB. The good thing is that the CSUs take a fair number of transfer students, so if they happen to need an electrical and computer engineering student, you might get lucky even at one of the more competitive schools.

Forget Davis, UCSB, and Cal Poly. Maybe Riverside or San Jose State. Last resort would be Cal State Long Beach.

with a 2.0, you will get into any of the cal states as long as you have 60 instruments and achieved your math and english standards. certainly, all you ought to have is a pulse and you'd be often happening.

Depends on whether the major is impacted...if no than you schould be fine.
