the only way that you can clean the pipe is to take it off, have you got plastic drain pipes if so disconnect the bends in the pipes it may even mean you taking them off outside as well then you can see were the blockage is.

hope this helps

I am not sure I understand your question.

It sounds like you are talking about a dish washer - not a clothes washing machine - and that the dish washer has a drain which connects to the drain under your kitchen sink. That is the normal way that dish washers drain. Normally, they connect to your garbage disposal if there is one, or to a special drain fitting made specifically for that purpose.

A dishwasher pumps out waste water at a fairly high rate, and if the drain is partially plugged, the water will back up into your sink. This can happen even if water seems to drain from the sink ok.

From your question, I think you are asking about a leak under the sink "the water flows outside the pipe".

The dish washer drain pipe is flexible and is clamped onto the ridgid sink drain with a pipe clamp which can be tightened with a screw driver.

If that is not your problem, water may be leaking out between the joints in the sink drain. When I tackle this kind of problem, I dry off everything and then run water through the system to find out where exactly it is leaking. You may get lucky and fix the leak by tightening the nuts on the drain conection. If not, you will have to take it apart, clean the parts, replace the washers and put it all back together. Never try to reuse the washers. Tehy are not that expensive and life is just too short for that kind of frustration.

If your plumbing is old, and especially if it is metal, you might save yourself time and money by buying a whole new PVC drain kit. They come with all the parts you will need for less than $10.

I hope this helps. Good luck. Kitchen drain leaks can be pretty frustrating, but you can fix it.

If the sink backs up as well the clog is beyond where it joins the W/M. You could drop the sink trap and run a small snake through it. If it backs up only when you run W/M, the clog could be in the trap or in line before it connects to sink line. If there is a clean out there, use it. If not, look at W/M trap. If it has a nut joining the two halves, take it apart at that point and run the snake through there. If the trap is glued together you may need to cut pipe between trap and wall to snake it-then re-attach trap.If pipes are copper you and do the same and use a 'Fernco"(rubber) coupling to re-attach trap.

Outside you will likely find a clean out. Unscrew the cap and rent and run a snake through it until you feel and get through an obstruction.

You should have a clean out on the line and run a tape through it to push out the blockage. Or call a plumber and let them ream out your lines.
