my boyfriend just fingered me for the first time tonight. he kind of went too deep at times, and a little fast, but i liked it. It hurts a little bit now. is this normal?

If he slows down, and you can lubricate, it won't hurt. If his fingernails are too long, tell him to cut and smooth his nails.

Yes, it's normal. It may sting a bit and feel a little swollen for a day or two. Just keep it clean with mild soap and it's better to wear comfy cotton panties that will breath.
That area is very good at healing itself quickly. It often gets sore after sex play, especially if it's a little rough or lasts a long time. Even mature, experienced women will get sore sometimes.
