There really is a hierarchy that is required.
You need at least 2 henchmen, 1000 minions, and 100,000 peons. Gray uniforms are generally the best to control costs and identify which guys are yours in a shoot out.
Never underestimate the power of having at least a dozen bribed or corrupted scientists. Having superior technology than the super powers is really required as countries like the US and China have a LOT of firepower and really don't like to be controlled.
Obviously a base built into a volcanic mountain is needed as well as a very calm pet that you can pet while giving ultimatums.
And, lastly, you will need an evil laugh.

Nope. Never heard of any feminist that was interested in world domination. I'd prefer to hang out with my boyfriend, friends, outdoors. World domination isn't even in my top 100 things to do. There's a big difference between wanting equal opportunity vs world supremacy. But for some people, they only see domination and submission; they can't visualize equality.

well, you see i already dominate the world by controlling everyones sub conscious and i cause people too due things like blow up buildings, shoot up malls, or piss their pants all out of sheer fun. the world is my stage and all of the people, early my actors(minions).
