Today is the 3rd day of the test and pakistan is at 149/2. It is too late now to produce a result. it is likely the entire 3rd day will go, and Pakistan batsmen may not be all out. The first innings of Pakistan will then go into the 4th day.
And there are 2 innings in each side. Therefore a result is ruled out. With 149/2, misbah, kamran akmal have not yet even come to bat.
The problem is that more wickets should have been taken -- 149/2 is not good for India's side.
