Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the Bridge, Soul to Squeeze, Dani California (I know Flea's stuff is considered to be hard, but for these songs, they're not too hard and they sound pretty good)
The Strokes - Juicebox (yeah, it repeats a lot) and Reptilia
And yeah, if you don't like these bands, just play try playing the bass of some of the bands you like. If it's too easy, at least you'll be enjoying some of your favorite tunes and if it's too hard, then pick up a guitar, heh. I play both and I found out that it's harder to find songs to play with bass since a lot of bands don't focus that much on bass, and if they do, it's pretty hard like some of the older Red Hot Chili Peppers songs.

Well, most Rush songs have very complex bass lines, but they are really awesome to play...but there are some easy ones like :
Spirit of Radio by Rush and Malignant Narcissism by Rush, that's all I can think of right now, but start with these ones or you can try to just learn from a simpler band, and then start trying to do Rush songs
I hope that helps you out

Paperback Writer by The Beatles has some really interesting parts and amazing tone. Would be a great song to learn (besides, it's one of those songs that every bass player seems to know).
