head on the ceiling and if you're in the open air, are you feeling sick because you're afraid of heights and can you see a tall old geezer with a long white beard and a stick with an outstretched hand saying come closer my son/daughter?
If not, you're probably unconcious and didn't take enough Paracetamol or the bullet didn't hit anything vital - either way you're going to have to do the whole thing again - probably should try jumping in front of a train next time if I were you, which I never would be - as I think that'd probably be very messy and a lot of time spent at the lauderette don't you think?

Yes very messy and there are just so many more efficient was to complete that nasty job too ... not that im condoning suicide its not the best thing to do.
