I'm not sure if you really expected to get any serious answers to this, but maybe somebody told you they could do it or that it could be done. It can't. UFOs are seen all the time, but they are almost certainly not of extraterrestrial origin. So people can't "summon" them. Of course, those who believe they can, will sit and try and try and try, maybe for weeks. Then they will see something they don't know what it is, and call it a success. That's how it works. Impressive, huh?

Actually earths atmosphere has been screaming out "THERE IS LIFE HERE!" for over a billion years. If anyone has been looking they would have found us long ago. They might have visited us 900 million years ago and it would take a big coincidence for them to visit us right now when there are intelligent beings around to greet them.
