I would think that's kind of weird, considering my mom's dead.

don't be, my boyfriend of like a week accidentally saw me topless once when I was 13. It was hilarious. Shrug it off. If you ignore it he will too. Don't talk to him about it! I don't know why the heck people are suggesting that, but it's a terrible idea and would be the most awkward converation ever!

To the GIRL who said its not a big deal... look at it from our perspective. Our moms are not sexual beings from our point of view. thats disgusting. no MAN ever wants to think about that...
breasts are an inherently sexual part of the body... its normal for a man to get a little weirded out by that.
what would i do?
stare at my girlfriend until i no longer can think about anything but her beauty.

Living as a family, embarrassing events like this are bound to occur. In the short term, simply apologize for the intrusion and walk away. In the long term, if the mental image persists and is bothersome, you may need to brieftly discuss your feelings about it with her (or someone else). Just remember situations like this are normal and don't get freaked about it. If the idea or image continues to bother you, tell yourself "there's that crazy image again...oh well, its not that big deal..." and then pay attention to something happening immediately around you at the time. This will focus your attention to something other than the memory and help reinforce the fact that what happened is not really a part of who you are as a person.
