Publicly, they aren't in favor of killing. Privately, they hint very openly that those who aren't members of their church or those who have left their church should be dealt with by any necessary means. (Scientologists will thumbs-down me but I'm very serious)

Check out www.xenu.net, it's a site written by a former Scientologist who exposes the inner workings of the "church."

Im an ex-scientologist. I also grew up Methodist and was a Baptist for abit due to my wife being one when I married her.

All I can say is that when I was hanging at scientology centers they were much more strict about laws than either the Methodist or the Baptists. Even coming close to breaking one got stepped on pretty hard. Such as, I saw one guy kicked out for being 19 and dating a 17 year old. Obviously they would be hard on use of alcohol and drugs since they run detox programs for both which are well known.

They also run a nationally credited rehab program called Criminon which has great results being reported about it. But they are really harsh for doing anything once you walk in their door. I saw more people quit the scientology courses over that attitude than anything else.

Even though alot is said about them, if you check the actual news articles for the last 10 years less has been said about scientologists committing crimes than many other religions.

If it is they would not make this public as it would raise a red light towards their faith.

There are, in actuality, religions out there that encourage the killing of non-believers... but when the leaders of those religions are asked about it by the media, they sidestep the issue because if people are aware of that they won't be easy prey. Sad but true. Oh, and scary but true. We all need to be on the watch. It is a dangerous world we live in anymore.
