On time or a little early. I don't like to wait for people who or late and think I should give others the courtesy of being somewhere when I say I will. To me, tardiness says you don't care if you inconvenience other people.

Used to be too early. Then sometimes late. Now just right on time, pretty much.

Being on time. If you're very early, you will wait for me. If you're very late, you'll miss me entirely. If you don't show up, you won't see me again. That's why there are cell phones. If you have a problem, just call so that I can adjust my time.
