Unfortunately yes, drink lots of fluids and flush it out ASAP because it can end your pregnancy until the final trimester.

If you are so sick that you can't eat or drink anything and become dehydrated and malnourished then yes, it could. Try to drink lots of water and broth. If you get to the point where you can't drink water then get to the hospital, you will need IV fluids and vitamins.
Your baby will take what it needs from your body, but you have to keep your body going. If you are vomiting though, I would call your doctor, just so they know what's going on, they may be able to recommend something like Ematrol for nausea.

Yes, it possibly can, if you are suffering from dehydration.
Mostly, you should be able to recover fine.
Are you alone or is there someone to help care for you?

It can be a REAL challenge to remain hydrated when you're throwing up consistently or if you end up with diarrhea.
Make sure you keep up with those fluids. If it becomes a worry or if you know you're getting behind, go ahead and call your provider and ask them what they recommend. They may suggest you visit your nearest ER and have an IV hooked up to rehydrate you, with anti-emetic medicine.
(I know this because I'm 27 weeks pregnant with baby #3 and I've had to visit the ER several times for the same thing)

Feel better my pregnant friend!!

It should have no effect on the baby, as long as you stay resonably hydrated. If you are having a hard time keeping things down (especially water or juice), or you have a lot of diarrhea, contact your doctor. You do not want to become dehydrated.

The only real concern is dehydration and fever.

If you spike a fever let your OB know as soon as you can and keep on sucking in fluids so you stay well hydrated. Aside from that the baby will be fine...and I hope you feel better soon!

Nope.

I had a friend that had morning sickness so bad she was hospitalized. The dry heaves actually broke blood vessels in her eyes.

Kid weighed nearly 10 pounds and was just fine.

The placenta protects babies from the vast majority of diseases.

Basically, the kid is in the warmest, safest, most protected part of your body and it takes quite a lot to shake them loose. LOL!

I don't believe that it can effect your baby but remember not to take any medication that can harm your baby. You should go see the doctor if you need medication. Even taking gravol is not necessarily good. Drink lots of fluids.

I don't think so. I was about 30 weeks pregnant and got violently sick, throwing up and my baby girl was perfectly fine. stay hydrated though.

I don't think so. I got very sick-vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cold sweats- when I was about 6 months pregnant and my son is fine.

Congradulations and good luck.
