I can picture little kids giggling and laughing over that word and calling each other it.
I also picture an older British man with a mustache and monocle calling somebody he deems stupid that word. Quite funny.

I think idiot or moron. The dictionary says: a stupid, silly person; fool.
It isn't a nice word, but, it sure isn't as bad as a lot of other words.
