Yeah if you lose more than about 5-10 pounds you can expect to see a noticeable change in breast size.

There's a lot of fat stored in breasts.

I've lost 57 pounds, my bra size has gone from a 40 to a 36, but my cup size has not decreased at all. I think it depends on how you were built before you put on the weight. If her breasts got significantly larger as she gained weight, there is probably a good chance that they will reduce some as she loses it.

Well this depends on the person really. They will go down, breasts are mostly fat. If she had larger breasts before the weight gain, the could remain larger. Personally, when I lost a significant amount of weight, they did go down, but they are a decent size, as the were before the weight gain.

There is no way to know if the breasts will decrease in size or not. Breasts are made of fatty tissue so that is why they do tend to go decrease a lot when people lose weight. There is nothing you can do help keep the breast size you have when you lose weight.

Its normal, relax. If you were happy with your weight before, you wouldn't have lost weight. So once you lose weight, everything else does the same. I know a girl that got bigger boobs after she had a baby, but that's just her. It depends on the girl. It might happen to you, but I'm not saying you should get pregnant just to get bigger boobs. When you get older, your boobs might get bigger. Just relax and don't stress about your cup size. Love yourself the way you are. Be happy with your new body :)

Well, breasts are made almost all of fat so if you lose weight it will probably bring it down a little bit. But thats only if your losing a lot of weight. Like, if your drastically obese. If your only losing ten or twenty pounds it won't make too much of a difference.

Just like they increase with weight gain....they will decrease with weight loss, but here is the good news.....you will be proportionate. There are some upper body strength exercises that you can do to firm up as well. Its a good question, your gonna look great, dont worry!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

It might, but it might not. It really depends on how her body distributes its fat, and how much of her breast size is due to breast tissue vs. fat stores. Everyone is a bit different.

If her waistline and hips slim down, even if her breasts do get a bit smaller, the proportions will still be curvy. Her breasts may even look bigger compared to her slimmer waist and hips.

Yes, even 10 pounds can make a difference. You can't control how your body loses weight, though.
