I am interested in learning to make easy canvas paint and put them on the wall but it may sound hard for a beginner. I want to start from abstract painting. But where do I find those tools (like painting tool, canvas, frames)? Does local store sell these stuff (what are their names?)? Is there any online video that i can learn from?

I also want to develop some poster-size digital pictures and maybe I can frame them and put on the wall. Any suggestion how to develop?

You can get the stretched canvas cheaper at an arts and crafts store (Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Ben Franklin- just depends on what is close to you) than buying the frame, the canvas and stretching it yourself (you need a staple gun) and if you don't get primed canvas, then you have to prime it yourself.
You can also get canvas board, which is a thinner primed canvas already mounted on a cardboard frame. These are much cheaper and better for practice than the stretched canvas.
You will want to invest in paints and brushes. Reds are more expensive simply because of the stuff it takes to make it red.
Some artists never use black, instead they use Prussian Blue, a very, very dark blue.
If you are going to mix paints to get custom colors, you will need a palette, either the disposable wax paper types or the board that you scrape and clean between paintings.
You will need a sketch book to plan your paintings, good pencils for drawing on your canvas. Draw with the lightest possible strokes, makes it easier to erase and cover with your paint.
Have fun and just let the creative process flow, sometimes you surprise yourself!! Don't forget to sign your work!!

why don't you just paint on the wall and then get a miter box and cut out molding to make a frame around it. try your local craft stores. they sell paints and canvas and frames. but you can make your own, they sell all the materials for it. i took plain canvas and covered them with the same material that was used for my curtains and made pics. if you have a cvs pharmacy they do make murals out of your pics. not sure of the cost.

The paint itself may be the easiest part. Latex/ for walls; is basically Acrylic in substance. Just purchase the colors you choose in small cans, and brushes specific to your needs.
