Always being there and listening with an open heart, giving as freely as taking in the relationship. I am a very luck woman I have many friends one has been my friend for 35 years the other for 32 one for 27, one for 18 one for 17 one for 10 one for 4 and one just 5 months but I know that I can count on them and they can count on me. We are honest and we can tell each other anything and we do not judge each other and we do not gossip. We listen and sometimes we cry together. I remember when my one friends husband had cancer I took care of him during the day while she worked and the day he died we stayed together for 4 days often getting up in the middle of the night to talk and to cry. That was almost eight years ago, we still talk and cry. But to have a friend y ou must first BE A FRIEND!

always being there, no matter what. Accepting one anothers faults, not being judgemental, to me a true friend is an extention of my family. I love them like family and treat them like the family I love so much
