I think blue smells crisp and clean. Like a cool breeze should smell when standing on the highest point overlooking a lake with not a cloud in the sky and no haze from pollution. Or a fresh rain in the countryside that cleans all the dirt away from the flower petals and gathers in small pools for birds to bathe in. That's what I think blue smells like.

It would smell like the sweet flower scented breeze that brushes across your face while you lay on a warm green hill gazing at the deepest blue of the clear sky above on a sunny day...

Well, at least to me that's what it would be...blue's my fave color!

I think it would smell like clean fresh air. Like after a rain when it really has a clean smell.

"The sky ! in the spring time"

The sky has never looked so blue
Never a breeze so sweet
Flowers burst forth in brilliant array
As April comes to greet.

The trees stand tall in their glory
Tender leaves cover limbs once bare
Yards filled with laughing children
Can you match the splendor there?

There is nothing quite as pleasant
As a walk in springtime hours
The bees even harmonize with life
As they drift among the flowers.

A golden rainbow after a storm
Beauty beyond compare
A taste of heaven here on earth
With green grass everywhere.

God softly whispers to us
As gentle rains caress
The countryside with drops of life
In such pure tenderness.

And if you listen close enough
I'm sure that He'll impart
The freshness of spring upon your soul
And a flower in your heart!
