be feared or respected? Feared because often people will respect someone out of fear of the consequences for not respecting them...
money or health? Money because if I had lots of that I could pay to fix any health problems I may have
beauty or brains? Beauty, looks will get you pretty much anything you want or need
alone and live forever? surrounded and die tomorrow? I'd rather be alone and live forever...just because you are surrounded wouldn't mean you aren't lonely so why die tomorrow to be surrounded but still feel alone?

save the planet or yourself? myself...the planet isn't going anywhere before it's my time to die..what can I say I'm selfish and I'd rather make sure I'm ok in the here and now

I would rather:
Be respected, be healthy, have brains, be surrounded and die tomorrow, have cats for sure, I would definitely save the planet, eat something I love everyday, be deaf, everything has to be salty, I think with no legs I would have to walk on my hands anyhow, with no legs I wouldnt have shoes or pants so neither of those, and moo like cow if I had to do it.
