Because these types of questions tend to occur on a Monday morning when the questioner has had all weekend long to think it up. Meanwhile, the bleary-eyed would-be answerer is still waiting for the coffee to finish brewing so that their gray mass can wake up by 2:30pm. Until then, knowledge is not readily forthcoming.

If the question is difficult to understand due to poor grammar and many misspellings or if the question is so simple even a wooden goose can answer, I pass it by.
Plus if the same redundant question is asked over and over, and over and over, and over and over, and over and over, many of us will by pass these questions as well.
