I don't like to use large gloves when i board, but my favorit pair are skin tight like thin warmers or glove slips .. anyway i need more protection when i fall and jamb my wrist. I was thinking of wraping them in fighters wrap... any better ideas?

I like thin gloves also, but if you are going to protect your wrists I would suggest separate wrist guards and a thin "shell" glove that fits over it.

There are a lot of glove systems that come with a liner that you fit tighter and an outer waterproof shell. I have worn wrist guards under the outer shell part of the glove only and liked it.

Good Luck

Buy some wrist guards if you are worried about your hands when you fall. Wrapping them would also probably help. For lightweight gloves get some pipe gloves. They tend to be minimalist designs.

Get some spring gloves by Grenade.
