To attempt to control is to lose control.

You can control your universe. You are controlling your universe. In fact, you can't NOT control your universe.

Your personal experience is an exact reflection of the sum total of your consciousness.

If you are not aware of controlling your universe consciously, it means that you are controlling it unconsciously --- or, to put it another way, your unconscious is in control.

It is not just our conscious thoughts that determine our experiences, it is our subconscious judgments, denials and emotions. Anything we hold in denial becomes our external experience.

Perhaps the best way to become more conscious and at the same time increase your conscious control of the universe is to study how your thoughts and feelings in the past have led to your present circumstances.

Another technique is to experiment with the future. Try holding a constant joyful thought of gratitude that you have received something that you want --- before you see any evidence that it has arrived. You will either receive what you are asking for, or the universe will reflect back to you any opposing thoughts you may have that are canceling out your request.

This canceling out process is usually why people feel as though they can't control their universe. Many people are thinking contradictory thoughts most of the time. This is like asking for two opposite and irreconcilable results. The only thing the universe can do is to reflect back to you the nature of the contradiction.

you can control the universe. #

The universe only exists as your perception of it. You can change how you perceive the universe through your attitude, the way you choose to look at the universe .

That way you do control it

enjoy the power

because you share your universe with others who, like you, attempt to control their universe. if everyone can control the universe, then it wouldn't be a universe anymore. it will just be individual worlds lived independently of the others. you cannot live alone (as in alone in your own universe - no man is an island). other people in your universe is what you call (as how i want to call it), your facticity. you cannot take them out because they were given to you.

i just read your question twice over, how old are you?

Every one of us controls our universe. It cannot be any other way.

Because you have to be at a distance - "remote" - from the universe to use it. You can't use the remote from INSIDE.

Hmmm.... interesting theory.. but for future reference, the universe doesn't really belong to you in the first place. Refering to it as YOUR universe sort of makes me nervous seeing as how I have to live in it as well and truthfully that worries me with the way you seem to think.... Creepy....

'Tis not yours to control.

So whose is it?
Ponder it for a time; days, weeks, years.
You'll find that it's no one's, that the universe was here first, that we are mere visitors, simple creatures of evolution solely along for the ride.

The universe doesn't need us.
Without us, in fact, the universe would be much better off.

Because the universe was not created for your use or benefit. Don't worry though, you're not alone if you thought that it was.
