i feel really down this 3/4 days for no reason.

Are you due for your period any time soon? When I'm about to start mine I know I get depressed and angry! So if you think you could stay in the next 1-7 days, then it could be that.
Has there been any traumatic experience in your past? This can also bring on depression.
Do any mental illnesses run in your family?
Are you stressed over anything? School, family, your health, relationships etc?
I suggest you try and do things that you enjoy (like the first answer suggested) like hanging out with your friends, exercising, playing with your pets etc etc. Just whatever to try and bring your mood up.
Also talk to your Mum or Dad or a trusted adult. They'll be able to give you some suggestions.
If you feel like this for 2 weeks or more then please see a doctor. They maybe able to prescribe you some anti depressants (I know it sounds scary but you'd be surprised how many other people your age are on them) or suggest you go to counseling.

Try to do something that makes you feel better, like eating chocolate or watching your favorite t.v. show. Sometimes you just feel down. If this keeps going for three weeks straight, you may want to talk to a school counselor/psychologist.

If it hormonal it should occur about the same time each month in your menstrual cycle.
