I would cast all the colors of the rainbow, but I see them in the moments before sunrise and the moments after sunset.
I would cast all the brilliant joy of living, but I see that in the sunshine already.
I would cast diamonds to paint sparkling patterns on the dark cloth of the night sky, but the stars already do a better job than I could imagine.
I would cast the protection of a watchful God during our dark hours but the moon is already a well-lit reminder of the Creator's majesty.
I don't think the sky needs anything I could cast into it. I'll leave it alone.
