He's cute, but he's so goofy, like so socially awkward, although the "pretty" girls like him a lot...like he can chill with them without any awkwardness...
...but he just acts like ridiculous around me, just stares at me, but looks away and won't talk to me, but always STARING...never a time when we're not in the same vicinity that he's NOT staring...most people talk to me like a normal person, but he like gasps when he sees me...weirdo...
SO WHY AM I STARTING TO LIKE HIM?! Am I bored? Do I like him because he acts as if he likes me?

Well me being a guy i can answer this very clearly for you.... If he's constantly staring at you it means that he likes you for something if your attractive, nice features (boobs, legs, tan etc) as long as hes not pointing and giggling then he likes you..
Your starting to like him b/c of psychology... You know that all the pretty girls like him yet he's obviously not dating any of them and he's infatuated w/ you... So its human nature to be interested in him b/c pretty much so does everyone else... go up to him and break the ice b/c it sounds as if your his dream girl and he's at a loss for words if he's not talking to you...then you should have a definative answer on how he responds to you.

The fact that he can chill with the others but acts strange around you probably means that he feels something for you. I hesitate to assume that he loves you, but love can make guys pretty goofy sometimes.
